How do you source your fragrances?
In this sample boutique policy, Veloura purchases from authorised distributors and checks packaging and batch information before dispatch. This is demonstration copy, not a sourcing guarantee for a live store.
Which bottle size should I choose?
The sample catalog offers 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml options. Choose 30 ml to explore a scent, 50 ml for an everyday favourite, or 100 ml for a fragrance you return to often. The volume guide compares capacity, not bottle dimensions.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Sample policy: Nairobi delivery is KSh 300 and takes 1–2 working days. Other areas in Kenya are KSh 500 with a 2–4 working day estimate. Sample complimentary delivery applies to orders of KSh 8,000 or more. Checkout is a preview: these rates are illustrative and no delivery can be booked.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The sample payment policy supports M-Pesa, Visa and Mastercard. Payment processing is not connected in this template, and the checkout does not collect payment or place an order.
Can I return a fragrance?
Sample policy: contact the boutique within 7 days of delivery for an unused, unopened item in its original sealed packaging. Opened fragrances are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Report damage or an incorrect item promptly with photographs so the issue can be reviewed. These are example terms for the template, not an active returns service.
Can my order be sent as a gift?
